What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a combination of conscious breathing and meditation that when done properly can boost immunity and positive self-development by helping us process deep emotional pain & trauma in a natural way. The easy to follow guided practice will help you increase self-awareness, enrich creativity, improve personal and professional relationships, increase confidence, self-image, self-esteem, joy and happiness. It can also help the participant reduce stress, anxiety levels, negative thoughts and emotions as well as overcome addictions. We are breathing all the time, but when we put consciousness into our breathing we access the therapeutic qualities that are within it.
When we are not conscious of our breath, we can start to shallow breathe. Shallow breath can lead to anxiousness, depression as well as negative thoughts and emotions. Breathwork practices include a variety of breath movements and holds that bring us back to the now. This creates a higher state of well being that reconnects us with our potential & purpose aka the REAL you!
